Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By booking and participating in any service offered by Hümanette, LLC ("Hümanette"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

a. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

b. Payment: All fees must be paid prior to play session or other service at Hümanette. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

a. Cancellation Policy: Changes may be made up until the time of your reservation.

b. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for reservations, but all reservations may be rescheduled up until the time of the reservation. 

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. All participants must sign the waiver and release form.

b. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to a code of conduct promoting a safe and inclusive environment.

c. Socks only must be worn in any play space.

Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

5. SERVICE DETAILS: a. Open Play: Provides access to designated areas during specified hours. b. Supervised Play: Includes open with designated supervisors for children who are toilet independent. Caretakers must remain on site. Supervisors are not responsible for feeding children or assisting in the restroom. c. Co-Working: Access to shared workspaces with amenities.

6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION:

a. Release of Liability: Participants assume all risks associated with the activities and release Hümanette from any liability.

b. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify Hümanette against any claims arising from their actions or participation.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT:

a. Respect: Treat staff and other guests of Hümanette with respect.

b. Safety: Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by Hümanette.

c. Prohibited Conduct: Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT: Participants may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Notify staff if you prefer not to be included.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES: Hümanette reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri
