Participation Acknowledgment:

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in activities at Hümanette, including but not limited to gross motor and imaginative play, food and beverage service, co-working, and semi-private or private classes/events, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidental injury, illness, and exposure to allergens.

Assumption of Risk:

By participating in activities at Hümanette, I hereby acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities. I understand and accept the potential for accidents, injuries, and illnesses, both for myself and any children under my care, including those aged 6 months and up.

Release from Liability:

I hereby release and discharge Hümanette, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while participating in activities at Hümanette.

Children's Participation:

For children aged 6 months and up, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian/responsible party and have the authority to make decisions on their behalf. I also confirm that the information provided about the children, including their names and ages, is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold Hümanette harmless from any claims, including legal fees, made by any third party due to my or my children's participation in Hümanette activities.

Photography and Publicity:

I grant Hümanette the right to use photographs or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Compliance with Rules:

I agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by Hümanette, including those related to safety, hygiene, and behavior.

Governing Law:

This waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.

I have read and understood the terms of this waiver. By submitting the waiver, I voluntarily agree to its terms.
